I liked it at first and lost some weight. Meals were good. But the service is horrible. I never know when to expect my meals. They sent 4 wrong meals one week and 6 wrong meals the next week, which I had to throw out, and they offer me $15. Nope. Unreliable. They claimed their issues were because of changing distribution centers, so after 8 months away, I ordered again. I've now had three deliveries in row with missing or wrong meals. Do not order from BistroMD. I ordered from them during the pandemic and they got more order wrong twice. The first time they refunded my money but the second time they refused. They told me to dispute it with my credit card, which I did. The credit card company denied it because BistroMD said they fulfilled their end of the contract. Lastly, the food gave me salmonella from cross contamination in their kitchen. Avoid like the plague or you’ll get the plague.
Terrible food, missing meals, possibly expired chicken. I called them and told them I was willing to pack and send the food back for a refund. They did not accept and now I’m stuck with food that is terrible. SAVE YOUR $$
Not good. And bad customer service.
