Poor Customer service. Had to follow up with customer service after a week of no reply. Product arrived broken, Despite advertising a 100% satisfaction guarantee, they refused to give a refund or ship replacements. Only offered a store credit which forces new shipping charges onto me for product I had already paid to be shipped. Too many other options out there to settle for a company that promise satisfaction and won't deliver it.
Products arrived broken due to poor packaging or perhaps was shipped broken. (exterior package was pristine) Took multiple attempts to get a response from customer service who refused to refund or ship replacement pieces, only offered store credit, which required I fund shipping cost for product I had already paid for. Frustrating as they advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their site. So many other options out there I'd go with another company who will honor their promises.
