This review was written when it was still H.O.Wolding, not sure how the new company is running it. Original review: My partner just got hired on, and so far he loves it. Facility has bunkbeds, laundry machines, lockers, showers, tv room. He has talked to his co-workers, who say they are actually able to choose their own hours and have them honored.

Great company to work for. I'm making more here than I have anywhere else. I have a brand new truck, I'm paid hourly, I get through the house during the week and I'm home for my reset on the weekend. Being a trainer, I make even more with a student in the truck but it's not about the money in that case, it's about helping others succeed in a very rewarding but demanding industry.

We went there to pick up a couple of new trucks the staff were awesome! Caitlin the fleet manager was very friendly knowledgeable and professional! They have a bunkhouse for the drivers and they have a school for new CDL drivers thank you guys for a great visit

Overall its a good company but don't be a trainer. I had a bad experience with my first student and it seems that they take the students side over the trainers. I haven't been asked to train again since, so its obvious I won't be allowed to, but its not worth the aggravation when a student doesn't want to learn. He almost hit a car and ran over a box with something in it, instead of avoiding it. We all have family out here and don't need someone like that behind the wheel of a semi truck and trailer.

I was a lifetime H.O.Wolding employee. I started in 1997 fresh from the Army as a 88M. They expected me and with 2 weeks I was off with a trainer. Advance 20 years and if it was a problem. Wolding was their for help. Family? They become involved with your family. It was so much appreciated. Bang. It's 2022 and now 2023. Bison transport is in control. And its go @#%yourself.
