Closing this week on a residential home loan with them and got duped on the rate. They promised us rate protection and then when rates dropped before our closing they refused to honor it. Don't be fooled by their too good to be true sales pitch. It's just a way to get you in the door and then you are stuck closing with them. Would not recommend.

Such a pleasure to work with Josh Hartnett, Katie Southard, and Gary Long. Communication was excellent, as well as professionalism and an obvious desire to provide great service to their clients.
I will start off by saying that this bank did get my mortgage to close and it was a difficult transaction, BUT at a significantly high cost to both finances and personal stress amongst my wife and I (the buyers), both realtors and the sellers. The loan processor, Catherine, was beyond useless and refused to communicate with both my realtor and myself on receiving updates and working through the issues. Chris Jumps and his team vastly exceeded expectations. They were there every step of the way with answers to questions and a great rate when rates were rising. Could not recommend them enough. 10 stars.
