I can’t say enough good things about Bison State Bank! They have been incredible to work with, and always there to help in any way possible. Highly recommend them for any and all banking needs. The staff is absolutely top notch and always go above and beyond.
Closing this week on a residential home loan with them and got duped on the rate. They promised us rate protection and then when rates dropped before our closing they refused to honor it. Don't be fooled by their too good to be true sales pitch. It's just a way to get you in the door and then you are stuck closing with them. Would not recommend.

Such a pleasure to work with Josh Hartnett, Katie Southard, and Gary Long. Communication was excellent, as well as professionalism and an obvious desire to provide great service to their clients.
I will start off by saying that this bank did get my mortgage to close and it was a difficult transaction, BUT at a significantly high cost to both finances and personal stress amongst my wife and I (the buyers), both realtors and the sellers. The loan processor, Catherine, was beyond useless and refused to communicate with both my realtor and myself on receiving updates and working through the issues.
