I just got my first Bison Mat, very excellent quality I'm more than happy with it. As far as mats go, people dont realize that you have to have a far thicker mat when you have carpet than the ones on amazon or box stores. The standard thickness mat will bow or crack (as you will always read in the reviews) so you really need to size up the thickness to one like the Bison mat has in order to avoid those issues later on.

I ordered my mat on June 21st ( almost 2 months ago from the date of writing this review) and have received 2 incorrect sizes of mats that will not work in my space and have still have not had this fixed. I reached out and the staff was very nice about it but was very delayed in responding. After the second incorrect mat I have waited over 2 weeks for a response and have not heard anything. The mat itself does not seem to match the photos and quality on the website and they are no longer making the orders in buffalo as adver... read more
