Worst customer service ever! Instructed them to sell shares in Hines Global Trust in May. It's now July 6 and the shares have not been sold yet. They claims a second signature is needed, but have never contacted me to get this done. I'm now down at least $700 because of this and won't be able to sell until the end of July. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!
