Terrible company with difficult rude unprofessional staff. Owner yelled at me staff yelled at me secretary was very passive aggressive. They messed up my order. Jt was a very important order. Their employees talk to you as if you work for them. They are not thorough in their work. Very unprofessional fly-by-night company I would not recommend using them I recommend day lock the building up and lease it out to people who are in business to make money.

After quoting/researching about 10 companies, I went and gave Bison a shot for my 2-disc digipak album release. The team there was quick to respond and always helpful through the process. I received the products today and I frankly couldn't be happier so far. The print and product quality were perfect. Turnaround time was extremely quick for this type of customization as well. Worst customer service I have ever received! Ordered 1000 CD's for Christmas gifts. They delayed my order multiple times. They got the order printed wrong when they final felt it was important enough to print my order. Asked to speak with the manager multiple times and the staff were so mean. Had to call 4 times to check on the order. Production time was promised to be 12 day then was delayed over and over again.
