After several attempts to get information about Pivot Mountain Bikes from "authorized dealers"(1 of which had no clue about Pivot bikes.LOL), I was ready to go to Roaring Mouse in San Francisco. Then I found Kendall and Bison's Bikes. Kendall is courteous, very knowledgeable, and he rides what he sells. I've been back several times for a Garmin and for maintenance.
