Great product and delivery, great customer service. Salesman extremely knowledgeable which allowed us to buy the product that suited our needs.
The initial purchase of our Freeflow spa was great, but the after-sales support has been non-existent. Within two years, the spa started leaking, and getting a response from Bishops required endless follow-ups. When they finally showed up, they were dismissive and unhelpful. We eventually had to hire an outside technician to fix the leaks, but the issues have continued. We’ve owned the spa for five years and it’s been unusable for half that time. Very large selection of products with friendly knowledgeable staff that are warm and welcoming not pushy at all. Definitely worth a visit if you have any outdoor projects.
