My husband and I found our experience here incredibly easy. Sharlene was helpful and knowledgeable, and attentive. Just bought a new BBQ and outdoor couch, got a good deal and Charlene who helped us was very nice.
Great product and delivery, poor customer service. Salesman knowledgeable but misleading. Lounger in sauna when we bought, plus told it was included, but not delivered with sauna. Multiple attempts and messages but no success.
We recently bought our salt water hot tub from Bishop’s, and are very happy with it! The service was great, knowledgeable staff that have continued to provide advice and guidance on maintenance. The delivery went very smooth, the team was great to deal with and extremely professional. I would recommend Bishop’s to anyone looking for spa’s!
