First time shopping at Bishop's we stopped by to start our research on outdoor patio furniture. Had the pleasure of meeting Randy and his team within an hour, we had made a decision. Received everything yesterday and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality product and excellent customer service.
Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is perfect, the staff is friendly, and the service is impeccable. I keep coming back because I know I’ll never be disappointed. A true gem!
Very happy with our saltwater hot tub we purchased from Randy very fair with pricing and the customer service was great had some laughs, had an issue with an electrician we had hired for the install called the store and Randy went out if his way didn't have to and had an electrician he deals with all the time my fault should have asked prior but the fella came out and fixed it within an hour l, that's customer service above and beyond Randy didn't have to do anything but went out if his way to make sure we were happy with th... read more
Lisa was AMAZING!! hooked me up with everything I needed for my new hottub and went above and beyond by sending me a gift showing she remembered our conversation during the purchase! 10/10 recommend going here for your outdoor needs. Also the guys that delivered and set up the new tub were friendly and professional. Really amazing experience from purchase to install.
