He was willing to sell us the floor model for a bit less than the normal price but still with a full warranty, new remotes, new filters, and a new UV light, even though all those elements were working fine on the floor model. Very large selection of products with friendly knowledgeable staff that are warm and welcoming not pushy at all. Definitely worth a visit if you have any outdoor projects.
