I cannot recommend Farzana enough. Selling my first apartment was stressful, but Farzana’s expertise and warm approach made me feel like I was in the best hands. She is thorough, responsive, and genuinely lovely to deal with. Her assistant, Sophia Kkoshi, also deserves a medal! She was so persistent in chasing down external documents and third-party details that I honestly think the sale wouldn't have crossed the finish line as quickly without her. Disappointed with the service from this firm. The process to finalize my property licence took over 16 months with unnecessary delays and errors that I had to flag myself. Communication was poor, and towards the end I was asked to resolve an issue that should have been handled by the firm 'to save money'.
