This Inspector's many terrible failings made a disaster for us. My wife and I knew the house the Realtor showed us to buy needed some repairs, but we are not tradespeople and home experts, so we relied upon this Inspection service to find significant defects. He failed badly to do that. Chuck Bishop goes the extra mile in making sure the home is in good condition, or explaining what it needs. He came back to the house we bought to make sure there was no oil tank buried and possibly leaking into the soil. We'll use him again on our next home!
