It's truly hard to review a store when you walk in look around and walk out. To give an accurate review you need to interact with the employees, in pawn shops you need to try and negotiate prices, and you need to report accurate information. I have been in this pawn shop and was actually considering the guitar you are referring to. It is listed brand new at Guitar Center for $449.
I don't know who prices the music instruments but you can go to guitar center and get a new one cheaper. They have a squire strat with no nobs no strings with scratches for 300
