They have a nice selection of high-end, uniquely made bedding that is often on sale. I purchased a beautiful duvet from their warehouse sale and it arrived in less than a week after it was shipped. It is a great value compared to what I could normally find at a high-end department store.
I ordered a puzzle using their online store. The original store had sold out so this was a last ditch effort to get my friend something nice for the holidays. A little over a week after ordering I still hadn’t received confirmation that my package had shipped so I called in with the number on their website and the person there helped get everything sorted out, and I had the package four days afterwards.
