I’d give zero stars if it were possible. Tierney in the collections department is the RUDEST person I’ve had the displeasure of speaking to. A debt from 2012 was being sent to my 85 year old grandmother’s house for YEARS without my knowledge. This firm is horrible. If you are paying them on a collections judgement, you better make sure you get a copy of the letter they send to release your judgement. It's been over a year for me, I'm trying to buy a house and the judgement was still showing up. You can NEVER get a hold of a human when you call either...they only respond to emails which is unacceptable.
