If you want standard, beige tiling, this is probably not the place for you. Walking into this store is like expanding your mind and imagination, without ingesting anything illegal. The only issue you may have is making a decision- so many options, so much inspiration. Or maybe sticking to your budget, if you have one… Regardless, this place is simply extraordinary, with excellent, friendly service ‘con brio’ to match!

Ever have a sense that a business is going to have exactly what you want just from walking in? That's how I felt when I first entered Bisazza. The showroom itself was stunning and I was immediately impressed not only with the selection but also with the layout and presentation. I was helped by a very knowledgeable and friendly young woman with great hair. She helped me in picking some promising samples and the end results in our fireplace speak for themselves. Buyer beware. We made the unfortunate mistake of using Bisazza tiles in all three of our bathrooms in a recent renovation. Our architects ordered tiles directly from the store, in person. Our contractor hired the only tile installer Bisazza recommends in New York City (their so-called "maestro", at an upcharge. The orders were delayed by months, and when they did arrive, tiles from mismatched batches were sent and had to be reordered causing further delay.
