Excellent furniture retailer from sale through to delivery. Delivered by careful and diligent people who fully assembled our new sofa and removed all packaging. Can't say that about certain OTHER retailers around Charlettetown: we recently bought furniture from other retailers and had several issues with a variety of items including needing to assemble (didnt know before hand), dispose of packaging ourselves, missing hardware, missing cushions, etc. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from Birts again. Thanks very much.
