My family contacted Angela Thomas Birthday Sugar Luxury and Club 1880, owner of the venue for a surprise birthday celebration. After I learned that the venue does NOT offer Alcohol Requires Security for $800-$900 in Dale County AL. This is a small community no event should cost this much WITHOUT AMENITIES. No music or DJ. No decorations included. I declined the reservation and requested a refund of $313. The owner refused to refund any monies.
