After reading the reviews below, they clearly haven't improved...customer service the worst I have ever experienced which put me off of using them (thank goodness!)...I was so disgusted with the manner of the person I dealt with, I had to google to see whether they had any reviews and come to find they have terrible customer feedback (not surprised at all)..AVOID Birthday Dreams Events! As for the testimonial page on their website...they date back to 2012(!)...perhaps the last successful party they had.

Wonderful service and very helpful staff!! Chairs and tables are lovely and were perfect for the little ones. Balloons were nicely selected and decorated the venue beautifully. The slides and rockers made kids enjoy their time and accommodated all ages! Waiting staff were professional, quick and made sure our guests had food and drink. Very happy with Birthday Dreams and look forward to working with them soon.

I have worked as an entertainer for Su Forrester-Brown and Birthday Dreams on several occasions. I have always found Su to be incredibly courteous towards clients. She is organised, hard-working and pays great attention to detail. The events are always full of fun and the clients are very complimentary afterwards. I look forward to working with them again on future events.

I couldn’t recommend Su enough. She has a keen eye for detail and always goes above and beyond. I first found out about her business through a friend and have stuck with her since! Such good value for money and hassle free - she handles everything! The peace of mind in itself is a gift and the party is the cherry on top! I’ve never been disappointed and all the kids have a blast! She is highly flexible and delivers time and time again! She’s the fairy godmother of parties!

I have attended a number of Su’s events and have been made to feel like a vip every time. She has exquisite taste and will make any venue glamorous. I have always had so much fun and Su will make sure you’re having a good time. Can’t recommend highly enough.
