Avoid at all cost, if you want £ for your gold go belgrave road they will give you a fair price. I had a gold ring the man offered me £50, went belgrave road and they gave me £100. I took a watch in there and asked the man if he could put a caseback back on a watch, not a hard task - he wanted £5. Went Loughborough and asked the man in the market and he did it for free. Just goes to show this man is all about. If you want your watch batteries replaced avoid this shop, go to syston jewellery shop or go to Loughborough market.
