Anthony arrived early, was very friendly and professional. I am a bodybuilder and full time musician so I’m always getting tight muscles. He went straight to work on my pecs, shoulders (the whole shoulder!), neck and back. Anthony didn’t rush through anything so every muscle got the amount of time it needed. My muscles were really tight so he added extra pressure and now my muscles feel relaxed and I feel fresh. I will definitely go back.
After using a couple of different sports therapists and seeing no improvement, I found Anthony via a Google search. He is by far the best sports therapist I've used, and the fact he's mobile is a huge bonus. It's not always pleasant, but you know he is getting right into those muscles! Totally recommended.
Anthony provides a fantastic service. I have had many massages, with Anthony I feel he knows his business and when he does the massage I feel the benefits I would highly recommended Anthony to anyone. He does travel so this is relaxing in it self as you have no stresses getting to Anthony he comes to you He is always punctual, he arrives with his folding table and provides all the towels and massage oils. Antony is incredibly professional, skilled and generous with his knowledge. He has helped me back from 10 months of hip and groin muscle pain with a series of massages at my house. During those 10 months I'd been to the NHS physio and had no improvement. With Antony's expert advice and stretch exercises I've been able to fully mobilise and had a significant decrease in pain. I can't thank him enough tbh!
I’ve been using Anthony for a sports massage since 2023. He came highly recommended and I was particularly impressed with the fact he was mobile and travels to your home address. I’m a regular gym user, I do 10-12 classes a week and play other sports like golf. I have aches and pains in my lower back region, shoulders and upper back are tight and have problems with tight calves.
