I have visited the site birminghamiphonerepair.co.uk where they clearly write in big letters 'no fix no fee', i then contacted them by email to arrange the repair and confirm details and they emailed me back that they would charge the fee whether the phone is repairable or not. This is against any advertising rules and it is dishonest.
