Gregg was awesome! He helped me make the perfect engagement ring for my now wife as well as finding the perfect wedding band to match. He also made my gold wedding band and made engravings on the inside with our wedding date. I came in to sell some scrap gold and was impressed right away—friendly greeting, fair explanation, and their payout was even higher than other stores I called. The next day, I realized a necklace meant for repair had accidentally been sold. I called in a panic, but they were amazing. They let me buy it back at exactly what they had paid me (no markup!), then repaired and cleaned it so it looks brand new. Fair, honest, and caring—this is how every business should be run.
The good guys are in block south! They treat the elderly much better. These people are not good to deal with. The owner is a terrible man.
