Treatment was okay however for a number of weeks made excuses not to give receipts which we required for insurance. Although we had paid for a course of treatments Susan put her prices up and said we would need to pay the extra! When we refused she promised she would send us £150.00 balance, it was actually £160.00 but could not listen to any more of her ditsy excuses. I've known Susie for years and her extensive knowledge from working in the nhs as a midwife is amazing. My back had frozen and could hardly walk - after 20 minutes of accupuncture I was able to walk and move. Susie is honestly a miracle worker and cannot reccomend her enough. The environment is safe, welcoming and she works extremely professionally. 10/10
Susie is fantastic she has transformed my Neck , highly knowledgeable and attentive, Would highly recommend Susie
Susie & Peter are the most friendly people i have ever met i was struggling with my back & after 3 visits my pain was gone but i will continue with a visit now & again to just keep things right a little MOT does the world of good I would recommend anyone with a back problem to visit Birkenshaw Clinic
