I bought a refurbished grade B mobile phone from CEX that came with a 5 year warranty. 5 weeks later when taking the SIM tray out (using correct tool), the tray snapped in half leaving lower half stuck in the slot. I took it back to CEX with the invoice and the receipt, explained the problem and that given how recently i'd bought it, that couldn't be classed as physical damage through wear & tear. Paid 35 pound to have phone battery replaced but clearly never did it as battery was starting charge at 20 percent and dies very quickly avoid these conman

Excellent service today from these guys.... Recently got my phone repaired in Tuebrook, charged me a fortune, stopped charging again, same issue, took it into the Market this afternoon and was fixed within 30 minutes and hardly cost me anything .. Cant recommend them enough.
