Hi, had very good advice off Tom regarding a softer saddle for my e-bike, he took his time to show me around the shop as it was my first time there, found what I needed and honoured my Blue Light card for a discount, very impressed, and will definitely use this store again and recommend to my family and friend, thanks

Been going to Birkenhead Cycles for a couple of years now. Bought a bike they delivered it to my house that was superb. Since I have had accessories and the fitted them in for me no problem. Didn’t even charge! Always helpful, friendly and polite and know what they are talking about. They gave excellent advice. Would strongly recommend. Thank you gents!

Excellent independent bike shop in sunny Birkenhead. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is such a relief to find a place with time and the patience to explain any options available. Having had poor online experiences and chain stores, I just head straight down to Birkenhead Cycles.
