Absolutely brilliant, everyone was so helpful, they really know their stuff and my bike is now fixed
Been going to Birkenhead Cycles for a couple of years now. Bought a bike they delivered it to my house that was superb. Since I have had accessories and the fitted them in for me no problem. Didn’t even charge! Always helpful, friendly and polite and know what they are talking about. They gave excellent advice. Would strongly recommend. Thank you gents!

Excellent independent bike shop in sunny Birkenhead. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is such a relief to find a place with time and the patience to explain any options available. Having had poor online experiences and chain stores, I just head straight down to Birkenhead Cycles.
Wow, great company friendly knowledge staff, took my bike in same day I called. They ordered the parts there and then and had it fixed in 3 days for less than they quoted. I don't even live in the area but I will take my bikes there every time I need to. They were that good. Thanks very much
