Just called the number because there is a Birdwell Farms 18 wheeler with a TN license plate that does not have trailer lights hooked up, called as a safety thing and hopefully a helpful tip and talked to the owners wife and I am literally speechless by her lack of professionalism and attitude. A simple, ‘Hey, somebody else must have the same name.’ Would have been sufficient. There was no need for attitude. I don’t know what they move or do, but customer service is key, and unfortunately it’s not here.
