As an individual that has purchased numerous properties I've never seen an attorney miss represent their clients as poorly as Kris Birdwell. He wrote a first right of refusal for a property that his clients owned and then instructed them to not disclose that same first right of refusal on the listing when they decided to sell. He is demonstrably dishonest and incompetent in his role as the the local attorney that was somehow appointed to serve our local hospital. He’s absolutely corrupt. I can prove it.
