The service is outstanding and Becky is a wonderful lady that is more than willing to assist customers in any needs they may have. I got my maroon bellied Conyer from there three weeks ago and have been telling everyone I know to go there. If I have any questions Mrs Becky always helps me. I have been going to birdville for all my birds needs for two years now. I am very happy with the services that I have been receiving. I have an Indian ring neck and a yellow collared macaw. Both of which are extremely sweet. Becky always helps me with anything I need and every time I am there which is like once a week, the birds and the store is always in good shape and well maintained. The birds themselves are very sweet. I will continue to use birdville and recommend it to any and everyone.
I bought her Saturday. She had no attention from her previous owners. When I left from there, she got on her top branch and was looking around. She is whistling and today I am able to put my hand in the cage without her going crazy. All she needs was some love and attention.
The service is horrible. U go and by a bird and when the bird goes in a gets its wings clipped u can even hold your bird anymore cause its mean. Its just weird when I held him everyday and then I take him in there and he is mean when I pick him up. I dont recommend this store to anyone.
Birds are beautiful, service is not. Don't ask any questions to interrupt the seemingly cell phone infatuated lady managing. Terrible service. You'd be better off asking "Polly" the bird anything having to do with the birds if you are new to birds. I'm not spending $500.00 hard earned cash to any business with lousy customer service. Go to PetSmart...
