Wow i was so amazed when i got there i walked into the first building looking for Debbie and i got greeted by over 30 different kinds of birds no people but birds they all seemed to be very happy their cages were cleaned and had food and water and did not see none of them in depression i said bye they said hi lol , i met up with Debbie in the 2nd building i was greeted by lots of birds and also Debi she took the little baby i found injured and i said by and this time i was told by from like 5 different birds lol they all loo... read more
Well… I’m not sure about the facility because we were not able to even come and look. I checked the website and the hours of operation stated that it was open on a Sunday. We wanted to come out and look and see what was going on. We drove 40 minutes to get to this facility because it said that it was open and the website did not say anything about it being by appointment only. It was not until we arrived at the facility and saw the sign at the entrance that said Buy appointment only. It was a complete waste of my Sunday. And... read more
A great place that is helping these beautiful birds find new homes and a safe place! The owner is very dedicated and could use any volunteers to come out and help. The birds are very precious and if anyone likes to do community service, volunteer or court ordered. This is truly a great place to give a hand! Thank you Debbie for letting me come and get things done. Birds of Paradise is a GREAT place and an even better cause.
