nightmare to get in touch with, always have to chase despite sending several emails over several days.
I do not believe I could rely on this company to manage my companies reputation. I cannot get them to return my call. Even the sales department is very sleepy. I did manage to speak to a person once, who said I would receive a call within two hours. It's been two days....
