Needed rope lights to replace our 30+ year old up lights above our kitchen cabinets. These were easy to order, arrived promptly and I was pleased to work with a small business! Kudos to Birddog Lighting, will keep your info at hand, and will be happy to recommend to friends!
I ordered two LED lights on 6/5/2026. The lights were delivered the following Thursday. On the following Saturday I affixed the lights to a fountain we have in the backyard. Two days later it was noticed that the colored rubber molding over the LED's was coming out of the track. Several full pieces came all of the way out and made their way into the fountain itself. Great company. Quick response and shipment. Gave me my military discount after the purchase and credited my account. You do not find that type of customer service today. Thank you.
**FINAL UPDATE: they did refund our money minus shipping, for their defective sign. So we’re out approx $22 for the sign they sent that fell apart. Not ideal, but better than it could have been. IMO we shouldn’t be out anything for their poor quality product as the quality is on them, not us. But grateful to have at least gotten the majority of our money back. Do not recommend this company.
