We started as a small kiosk inside the mall and soon grew into a full service day spa. We also have seasoned Therapist, and an In House Acupuncturist!

I have received massages all over the world from some of the best places, and I can say - without a doubt - that a massage with Patty was the best I have ever had. She completely worked out my problem areas and was so thoughtful. She asked me ahead of time about the areas she should focus on and the pressure. I felt completely amazing after. They were also able to take me right away. Don’t underestimate this place because of past reviews - it is truly a hidden gem.
This is the best massage I have ever had. It is different from other massages. He helped me get rid of all the pain. I felt like a new person after the massage. I highly recommend it. 90 minutes deep tissue is great.
Brought a wedding party yesterday. One of my bridesmaids was treated very poorly by the staff, despite repeatedly going the extra mile for me as the bride. After a $1000+ spend for my party, I would have hoped Grand Spa would want to retain our business. Can’t recommend.
To find the top massage therapists, I ought to have read the evaluations first. Compared to a student massage, the one I had was worse. No beat. low pressure. How did she land the job? She was pleasant, so I gave her a gratuity, but my goodness... The feeling of wasting money is something I dislike.
Don't trust them if they say you can come; they don't advocate it. We confirmed our Uber reservation, but when we got there, they instructed us to wait for forty-five minutes since they had taken a walk-in instead. Terrible service.
