Won’t answer his phone to even take a case. Been calling for a whole week now. Showed up to his “office” which is his house and still no answer. Seems shitty to be a lawyer who’s never available.

I would highly recommend shopping around for a different attorney. He was a smooth talker and told me he was going to fight for me, all he needed was a retainer fee. After he got the $5,000 retainer fee I was sitting in the hall with him on my very first court date and he told me that that $5,000 was just for this court date and if I didn't want to accept the exact same plea offer they offered my public defender last month, I would have to pay him thousands more at an hourly rate.
