I would highly recommend shopping around for a different attorney. He was a smooth talker and told me he was going to fight for me, all he needed was a retainer fee. After he got the $5,000 retainer fee I was sitting in the hall with him on my very first court date and he told me that that $5,000 was just for this court date and if I didn't want to accept the exact same plea offer they offered my public defender last month, I would have to pay him thousands more at an hourly rate. Ron and Jan were so helpful in my husbands case. My husband received a reckless driving ticket 10/31/2024. The next day he called Bird Law office and Jan answer the phone.
