I contacted Bird & Co about some conveyancing work; I was woefully uneducated about the sales process, and believed I needed a conveyancer when I did not. They got back to me almost immediately letting me know I would not need their services for conveyance, and did not pressure me to pay any fees or go any further. I contacted Bird & Co to enquire if they offered a 30 minute free advice service. I wasn’t given the opportunity to fully explain the reason for my call when I was interrupted and told that the person I would need to speak to wasn’t available and wasn’t taking on new clients. I said that I wouldn’t be looking to take on their services anyway seeing as how I had been rudely interrupted and hadn’t actually been given the opportunity to explain the main reason for my call!
