Arrived at 9am for a 10am appointment. It is now 12:30 and no one has even came out for my paperwork. Just been sitting at the dock while 4 other trucks are waiting for me to get unloaded.
Arrived at 0557 for 1000 appt. Now 1445 and still not in a door, been told twice that I am next but 4 trucks hqve come and gone and still nothing, good thing for detention hahaha
Going to lose next load. This place is horrible.
