I had a fun afternoon playing badminton on Sunday from 3pm to 5pm with a pay as you go group organised by the leisure centre. There is a paid coordinator to make sure you get plenty of balanced games and still mix in with everyone else. About 20 plus people of all ages and abilities attend even during August, and the plastic shuttles are good quality.
