Birchwood Credit are modern day crooks. They give an overpriced vehicle to begin with then add on another $20’000 worth of fees and tell you it’s a good deal. They also control every aspect of your life once you sign with them. The can set off alarms and shut off your car remotely with out you knowing. On top of that, when I had another dealership buyout my loan to get me into a car that was actually worth the money that it was advertised, Birchwood continued to withdraw there payments. Avoid dealing with them at all costs.

We just purchased our second car here and both times had an amazing experience, very efficient and friendly staff, we were help by Franz, he was very professional, helpful and understanding 👍 😀 👏 we highly recommend them Greta job!!!

I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle through Birchwood Credit on Nairn and have had such an amazing experience every single time ! I recently referred my parents to them who also just got into a brand new vehicle as well and they could not be happier! They create such an amazing environment with such a great group people when you go there you feel so welcomed and relaxed as if you were talking to old friends.
