I recently had an HVAC system replacement, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the whole team was excellent. Amber was quick to respond to my inquiries, moved quickly to receive the equipment and scheduled at a time that was convenient for our family. Really great at getting a quote and install, service afterward is substandard. Girls in the office don't follow through. I asked to get an AC cover and a service contract and never had any follow up. It is apparent they don't need the business.
Incredibly disappointed in their installations - every heat pump seems to leak or malfunction. Customer service is very poor, after two weeks of waiting for them to repair a system they installed I was told to take my business elsewhere because they don't have time to deal with it. You might save yourself a headache if you take your business elsewhere also.
