Me and my mom hired him in 2006 for a bankruptcy case and he did not communicate ANYTHING to us and then refunded our money after months of trying to get ahold of him and visiting his office. We ended up having to hire David Posse to help us, which thankfully we were saved. For him to be an attorney, you'd think he'd be aware that he could sued for being negligent and it surprises me that he behaved this way. I see there's another complaint about him recently which doesn't surprise me that much hasn't changed.
Inadequate communicator with not only clients, but staff and, occasionally, the court, as well. Takes a very long time to get anything done and work is sometimes missing important details. Block bills clients. Has been known to neglect to file things in a timely manner. Avoids clients’ questions about, or attempts to discuss, billing issues.
