I had a wonderful experience here! Isba and Joyce were incredible! So kind and helpful. I’m from out of town so they helped me get familiar with the website, told me about the free shipping anywhere in the country, and recommended the free design service with their decorator! Will definitely be purchasing from Birch Lane in the future
Extremely disappointed with our experience. We were told our dining table was in stock, but the delivery was delayed three times. When we asked the store manager to call customer service to help, we were met with a blank stare and told to call ourselves. We paid in cash and weren’t informed until afterward that a refund would take time if we canceled. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and now our family has been without a table for weeks.
Victoria helped us find the perfect recliner. Great customer service!!
