This was my first massage with Katie, and I'm thrilled to have found her. She is a good communicator, solicited my needs and comfort levels without being intrusive. Her layout is comfortable, clean, spacious and well thought out. I left feeling wonderful and heard. I highly recommend this independent business owned massage therapist.
I am so grateful for Birch Family Massage. Katie is so kind, she is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been able to pinpoint and provide care for issues I’ve had ongoing and I FINALLY have relief. She really listens and genuinely cares. I am so relaxed during and after receiving care with Birch Family Massage. I leave every session thinking “Man I wish I had booked a 90 min instead of just 60.” 😂 I feel amazing after 60, but honestly I could lay there all day. 💖
Katie is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had and she is the best by a lot. Her knowledge, skill, and passion really show and I also appreciate the professionalism she brings. Thanks to her monthly massages, I was able to completely stop Ibuprofen for back pain that I thought I had to live with for the rest of my life after being T-Boned. I don't know what I would do without her!
Katie has a very intuitive touch as well as an excellent way of communicating with you to ensure that she helps out any issues, isn't too much or too little on the pressure, and makes you feel much much better, every time. Highly recommend.
