The decision to move our parents into an assisted living was not an easy one until we visited Birch Creek Assisted Living. They are attentive, warm and friendly. They know the residents by name. It’s clean and well kept. I feel so much peace knowing they are there to meet our parents needs, when we can’t be.
I am a volunteer at Birch Creek and i help Ben and Juliette with activities i love Birch Creek i have been volunteering for about a year and i can't tell you how special birch creek is! I just love being around the residents and they make me feel loved and cared about and they make my day so much better!! I cannot say enough praise for the Birch Creek Assisted Living Center in Smithfield! Upon arrival, I was very impressed with the beautiful facility. My family member and I began our tour over a delicious lunch from an award-winning chef. I loved the one-room apartments that are spacious with a lot of built-in shelving in the closet for storage.
