Our experience at Birch Creek was superior. The staff provided exceptional care for my parents, consistently attending to their every need with kindness and compassion. The cuisine was consistently appetizing and delectable. Chris, the director, promptly addressed all of my inquiries and concerns, including my initial call. I am a CNA currently working at Birch Creek, and I can't share enough about how special this place is. I have been a CNA for 3 years, and have worked in several different nursing homes, and this one is by far my favorite. Not only is the building new and beautiful, but the staff is what makes Birch Creek what it is. Not only is this building beautiful and immaculate, but the staff are unmatched. Every single person will go above and beyond their specific job and I would personally consider myself so blessed to have family stay here. I wish I could give more stars, but 5 is the limit. I really can’t say enough good things about Birch Creek!
