I signed up for Birch to save a little money on my Business. After having the service for a couple of years I decided the Internet was'nt very good and the only other reason to have the service was for a fax line. But when trying to cancel by account I was informed that the service renews automaticly each year, something that is writtem in a master plan that you have to look up! Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. I've been trying to cancel my mom's LD since her death in February. Today was the first time I've actually spoken to a human being ..... who immediately put me on hold to transfer me to customer service to close the account. The last time this happened, I was on hold for 45 minutes and still didn't get to talk with a rep. Thank goodness for speaker phone. I'm not sure how my mom found Birch, but they must have all of their human resources allocated to sales, and none to service. D... read more

been havin problems with a phone line for 2 years when it rains , have even had to pay for $139.00 once for a service call and still the problems go on. Just got off the phone after waiting 30 minutes on hold. I dont quite understand why it is OK to do a job poorly.
