I was recently given a gift certificate for a massage to Birch body care and can't say enough wonderful things about this spa; all from the guidance to finding the right masseuse and accommodating times that works for my busy schedule. Absolute attention to every detail and comfort. My only complaint is that massage isn't considered a medicine and therefore covered by insurance..🤔 I was worked on by Audrey, who is both strong, as well as intuitively sensitive! Really Great!
I had a facial done by Bernadette earlier this week. My skin feels and looks so much better. I have a nut allergy, and she took reviewing all products and suggesting the proper treatment for my skin incredibly seriously. She’s also so kind, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire session.
Amazing spa. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you are ever in town for a massage i recommend Caitlin and/or Sylvia.
My husband & I visited Birch Spa on a quick trip to Kingston from NYC. Their communication before our appointments was excellent, super friendly, & thoughtful. Booking was super easy & the website simple to navigate. My therapist was Martha T. & my husband’s was Kelly Grace. He came out of the session a changed man, said his session was cathartic & regenerative.
