Absolutely love coming here and seeing Marcela for massage. She listens to what areas need some TLC and has followed up with me on problem areas in subsequent sessions. I always feel cared for at Birch! The front desk is friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate their communication when I've needed to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
After reviewing the staff bios, I had a last minute session with Karen. I felt she would meet my needs as I was traveling from Michigan. Karen was amazing and did a phenomenal job. She even had some techniques that I have not been exposed to and they worked great! She is very kind, easy to talk to, and makes sure you are getting the best service! I highly recommend her and will be back when I travel here again! The facility is clean and welcoming.
I have been here multiple times for massages with Calin and my goodness she was amazing. She was never in a rush and created a quiet, calming atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you immediately feel relaxed. My first visit was last minute and they were able to fit me right in. I won't go anywhere else for massages now. Highly recommend.
