David & Roxanne are Heaven sent - never having needed this kind of service before, David responded quickly and explained the entire process and gave a very fair estimate. Kindness and compassion are in short supply these days but BioTechs' owners have it in spades. I would highly recommend them!!
David and his team were incredible!!! I cannot thank him enough for all of his help - he was able to help me and my family quickly and was super helpful in coordinating everything for me as I live out of state. He made himself available during the entire process and was easy to communicate with for updates or questions. I never knew a service like this existed or would be needed but I am so thankful for BioTechs!
Highly recommend this company. David and Roxanne quickly responded to my call and were very thorough in explaining what needed to be accomplished. They personally did the work and were very accommodating with questions. Cost was comparable to other quotes received.
Everyone was and has been wonderful. On time, extremely trustworthy, hardworking, kind and compassionate. Even going to bat for me with insurance. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar need.
I could not be more pleased with BioTechs' prompt service and attention - I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. It's owner and technicians were accommodating, efficient, and fairly priced. They treated my family and me with empathy and compassion during a very difficult time. I can't say enough positive things about these folks.
