I've been going to Biosymm since 2023. Maz is an excellent physiotherapist who has worked with me through many injuries with consideration for my specific goals and needs. I do a number of obscure sports (martials arts, wheelchair football) and Maz will always consider the unique movement required and develop exercises to respond to the needs of your specific sport. Bec is such an amazing and intelligent exercise physio. To anyone starting their fitness journey, I cannot recommend her enough. She has cultivated a perfect tailored program for me, nailing every goal I wanted to achieve without overwhelming me. She is so positive and attentive that it makes me excited to actually go to the gym. Highly worth the investment.
I‘ve just finished my 3rd sports massage with Josiah Oliver. As an older sportsman he had heaps of challenges unwinding years of sore muscles and stiff joints. He approaches each problem systematically, carefully selecting the best therapy(manipulation , needling, cupping, etc) and recommending follow up exercises.I‘m looking forward to the next session!
I had a wonderful experience here. The booking process was very simple and easy, and it was no problem getting there and finding parking. I had an appointment with Josiah, who was very professional and friendly, and he provided me with both support for my back pain during the session, as well as advice at the end on how to help alleviate the back pain in the future. I would highly recommend him for anyone with back pain
I had a massage done by Mr Oliveri, he was fantastic. He such a chill dude and knew what he was doing. After my adjustment the soreness in my back was completely gone! Thanks Josiah! I will be definitely be getting another adjustment from you soon.
