I've used the product in the past and it was always excellent. I recently needed more, so I purchased on line, when I noticed it would take a few extra days for it to be delivered, I called their customer service phone number and spoke with Renee. She worked with me to find out if expedited shipping or meeting up at their office would work best. We agreed to meet up locally. The communication was great and by the next day I had the product that was needed to help me out. Product is top notch and the service was great!
I ordered something from this company that was on their website. They sent me a product but it was not what I orderer. When I try to contact the company their email and telephone number are no good. I sent the message through their website and of course I haven't received an answer. Presently I'm trying to go through Facebook. Save your money there's just something not right about this company.
