If you plan on hiring them for your special day, I would highly consider looking somewhere else. Our mehndi and wedding videos have so many missing footages and inconsistencies it’s appalling. After providing them a list of the corrections, three times, they have made no changes whatsoever. And this is over the span of almost nine months! We had a wonderful experience working with Bioscope. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand what we wanted and were very easy to work with. They did everything from stage decor, venue set up, to the videography and photography. They brought my vision to life. The service they provided my wife and I was amazing. They went above and beyond for us. The quality of their work was great too. My wife and I didn’t choose our pictures for our photobook for over a year and when I reached out to them about it, they didn’t hesitate to help us with that. We received the photobook about a month after we submitted them, and it’s a lot better than I expected. I only have good things to say about them. Highly recommend their service to anyone.
