My daughter experienced a hamstring injury 6 weeks before tryouts. Dr. Ray was so great at scheduling my daughter in, at building a recovery plan that not only focussed on the physical recovery but also the psychological. He truly understands the student athlete psyche. Ava got so much out of sessions- 10/10 recommend.
Has incredible knowledge on how the body moves and how different muscles are used. Takes his time with you to make sure he understands what is going on with you. Also has great videos for your at home exercises.
