I had the best experience with the nurse. She did an excellent job. I would recommend this place to anyone who has issues with ingrown nails.
I received my first pair of orthotics from BioPed! Ryan was extremely thorough with his initial assessment and educated me on my foot issues. This is my first time wearing custom orthotics and they feel great so far. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending my family. Thanks Ryan!
I had an appointment that was moved from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., and unfortunately there were some delays when I arrived, resulting in a longer wait and in me eventually canceling my appointment. As someone who had taken time off work and is pregnant, this was frustrating. Edit: Ryan followed up personally to apologize and immediately rectified the situation, which I really appreciated. It showed professionalism and care for his patients. I’ll be returning and am hopeful for a smoother experience.

I can't say enough!!! Ryan was amazing! My son is super picky and is super sensitive when things don't fit right or have issuess with tags. But no complaint at all with the insoles!! My son actually loved it !! Ryan was super quick! Thank you.
