Hi would like to recommend BioPed advanced nurse Qudusan Hawuku. She was very thoughtful to treat my son's wound foot, she was treating him very carefully. Now my son's foot is healing! 🙂 Thank you so much to the BioPed Team.

They helped my wife with some work on her in-grown toe nail. Do note that this location does not offer direct billing. If they did we would have realised that the work they carried out is not covered. Make sure you verify with your plan before coming here as they will have nurses do the work and not licensed podiatrists which can affect your ability to claim their work for insurance purposes depending on the plan you have. Overall good work but direct billing would be appreciated.

I had the best experience with the nurse. She did an excellent job. I would recommend this place to anyone who has issues with ingrown nails.

I received my first pair of orthotics from BioPed! Ryan was extremely thorough with his initial assessment and educated me on my foot issues. This is my first time wearing custom orthotics and they feel great so far. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending my family. Thanks Ryan!

I had an appointment that was moved from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., and unfortunately there were some delays when I arrived, resulting in a longer wait and in me eventually canceling my appointment. As someone who had taken time off work and is pregnant, this was frustrating. Edit: Ryan followed up personally to apologize and immediately rectified the situation, which I really appreciated. It showed professionalism and care for his patients. I’ll be returning and am hopeful for a smoother experience.
